13 Norman Court, Beach Road, Rhosneigr is the best
location in Rhosneigr! Step out of the door turn right and walk for less
than a minute to the end of the road and you’re on the beach right in the
hub of it all. Turn left out of the door and within a matter of seconds
you’re at the shops. You couldn’t wish for a better location and coupled
with the al fresco spirit that abounds in the summer months it’s a great
holiday home location. Sit at the table outside enjoying a drink as the sun
goes down across Cymyran Bay. The neighbours will be doing the same; it’s a
great holiday vibe!
The property is ideal for one or two families. The three
bedrooms consist of a spacious top floor double, and two first floor bed
rooms; one with twin beds the other with bunks. The ground floor is open
plan with a brand new modern kitchen off the lounge/dining room, which
leads outside via French Doors to the rear with its barbecue and picnic
table.

2nd Floor - Double bedroom with views across the bay. Brand new double bed
which should be reserved for the person writing the cheque!
1st Floor - Back bedroom consists of two sets of kids bunk beds and nothing
else! The bunks fill the room so its very much a kids holiday ‘den’.
The front bedroom has two matching twin beds which can of course be pushed
together to form a double bed.
The bathroom has a new shower, a bath, toilet and basin.
Ground floor
An open plan room with all new flooring and furnishings. The kitchen is
very modern and consists of electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,
toaster, kettle and a full complement of utensils and crockery. The lounge
has a coal fire to compliment the central heating. There are two sofas to
relax in. The dining table has a leaf to extend its size making it ideal
for any party between 4 and 8 people.
Outside
At the front there is a picnic table and chairs. To the rear there is a
walled enclosure with table and chairs and a barbecue. There is also a
private courtyard for Norman Court residents parking.
What’s included? Everything! We will provide all bedding so you don’t
need to spend your first hour making beds! Don’t worry about bills either as
electricity etc is covered within the rent.
Facilities - As well as everything you will need in the kitchen
the house contains a compact hi fi stereo unit with cd and radio and is
compatible with ipods and other such plug in systems. There is a TV and video
recorder.
